Born in Rome in 1962, Luca is married and has two children.

He graduated in Economics at the Libera Università Internazionale degli Studi Sociali - Guido Carli in Rome and obtained a Master’s Degree in Business Administration at the Scuola di Amministrazione Aziendale (Graduate Business School) in Turin.

During his first years as a manager he completed his education following two resident courses in International Marketing at Bocconi University’s S.D.A. (Graduate/Executive Business School) in Milan and the INSEAD at Fontainbleu.

For almost 22 years Luca advanced his career in functions of increasing responsibility within the marketing and commercial divisions of top national and multinational firms such as SAGIT - Unilit Group on the Frozen Food division, Barilla - with various responsibilities for the Mulino Bianco trade mark and also for Barilla pasta, dealing with the re-launching and the inclusion of the VOIELLO trade mark. He was also in charge of the international launch of the “Ready-to-use” Sauces Category.

After 7 years Luca joined Danone as a member of the international task force dedicated to the launch of ACTIMEL.

In ‘99 became the Marketing Director of Kellogg’s Italy S.p.A. with the accomplished challenge of reaching excellent target of profitability and market penetration by leveraging on Italian Consumers’ habits.

In 2003 he left the food industry and dedicated his efforts to re-launch the prestigious automotive luxury brand of Maserati. As the Global Marketing Director, he was in charge of the international launch of Maserati Quattroporte, the restructuring of the subsidiaries marketing organization and the implementation of a brand-new Customer Strategy.

In 2005 was appointed CEO of Conserve della Nonna S.p.A. and Gruppo Fini S.p.A. by LCapital that was in charge of restructuring the two companies within its Private Equity Food Project.

In 2008 Luca founded Bkey Consulting directly managing clients such as Bormioli Rocco S.p.A. recently acquired by Vision Capital Private Equity Fund. Luca is actively developing the company business with his partners by acquiring new clients and opportunities.

In 2009 Luca joins Bkey Consulting.

Marco Carrucciu

Marco Carrucciu, married and with two children, graduated in 1999 in Economics at the University of Modena and Reggio Emilia. In 2002 he obtained his MBA at the Peter F. Drucker Graduate School of Management (Claremont, CA, USA).

In 1999 Marco began working for Diesel in New York, Accounting and Management Control Department.

He then moved to Los Angeles to work for TRW - Lucas Varity Aerospace Division. From the Marketing and Commercial division he managed the Supply Chain Management and Balanced Scorecard project.

At the end of 2002 he returned to Italy to work for the Ferrari Maserati Group, where he creates and amangets the CRM-Internet division and works for the marketing and commercial launch of the Quattroporte on the web and relational marketing channels.

In 2005 he moves again to the USA to help launch a start up, StonePeak Ceramics (Granitifiandre Group), of which he had been appointed Marketing and Sales Director.

In 2008 he incorporated BKey Consulting, a company specialized in marketing strategy and planning.

During these years, Marco accrued considerably his experience in Organization and Marketing, availing himself of his analytical / quantitative expertise paired with a genuine passion for the digital world. The latter, in fact, are the areas in which Marco works in mostly as a consultant of BKey Consulting.

During his career, Marco managed projects on strategy and implementing of integration, reorganization and recreation of the main business processes in the automobile, food and manufactuing industries, for clients such as Maserati, Barilla, Conad, Riello, Bormioli Rocco, Granitifiandre.

In the same fields he promoted and managed projects linked to the integration of Marketing and Commercial activities with CRM processes.

Giancarlo Masini

Was born in Toscany, married with 4 children and a Degree in Law at Siena University.

Over then 30 years' FMCG experience in Multinational companies (Procter&Gamble, Danone, Kellogg's, Bunge) and in Italian-based entrepreneurial ones (Risoscotti Group, Bormioli Rocco Group).

Experiences run both in the domestic market and in the whole international scenario and operating in all the relevant sales channels (retail, food service, btb).

He covered growing positions in term of responsabilities in Sales till 1998 when was appointed CEO of Kellogg Italy (1998-2004) succesfully leading a profit turnaround action and developing a cagr double digit growth able to position the Italian subsidiary among the Top ten countries.

CEO of Risoscotti Romania implementing a whole supply chain process (the only one in Europe) and gaining the co-leader position just after 18 months from the brand launch.

Tableware Division Director in Bormioli Rocco Group (2009-2015) he totally re-defined both product development, communication and commercial go-to-market strategies achieving a Product Innovation share by 15% with 10% margin higher then the portfolio average and developing an International expansion plan able to reach 65% of the Division total turnover.

He has just joined B Key Consulting which, thanks to this important new entry, reinforces its growth and consulential image both in the Italian and International markets.

Antonio Posa

Born in Rome in 1963, married with 5 children.

 After the high school graduation enlisted as an instructor officer in an elite corps of the Italian Army, where he stayed three years.

After he lived army decided to enter the business world where advanced his career for about 30 years, increasing responsibilities in sales and marketing achieving in 2006 the role of General Manager for Italy and Southern Europe.

 He joined in 1986 Procter & Gamble sales department, then move to Danone Group (Panzani Ponte Liebig ) where he stayed for four years.

 In 1992 he left Procter & Gamble and dedicated his efforts in developing Kellogg in Italy where he continued his education and career in the Sales department becoming the Head of Sales in 1998, a position he held until 2006.

 In 2006 he was appointed as General Manager for Italy and then Southern Europe, a role he held until 2014. In this period the company achieved significant increases both from a financial point of view as from commercial one developing Kellogg's cereal and snacks product portfolio and integrating Pringles acquired business).

Concerning Pringle acquired business, he was appointed as member of the European sales organization team, managing sales team strategy, organization and international and domestic customers in order to appropriately manage the new category.

 In 2015 he decided to come back full time in Italy and lived Kellogg, facing the challenge of becoming a consultant. 

In 2016 he decided to join Bkey Consulting working group as Senior Partner.

Eugenio Maini

Eugenio graduates from Università di Parma with a degree in Economics, and later specializes in Marketing Management by attending courses at the S.D.A. of Università Bocconi in Milano and the IMD Business school in Losanna.

He begins his career in Barilla, where he works for 12 years in marketing. Over the years, he is promoted several times, including a 2-year period abroad as marketing and trade director for Barilla Spagna, after which he becomes marketing director for BU Pani, and BU Prima Colazione Mulino Bianco in Italy. As marketing director, he oversees several firm-wide initiatives in marketing and communication, as well as in the development of new products.

In 1996 he leaves Barilla to take on the role of General Manager for Greci Industria Alimentare. Under his supervision, the company’s focus expands from its traditional canning industry business to include the development and production of ready-made dishes for the Horeca sector. Over a period of 15 years, the company grows to become a leader in the market, both in Italy and abroad.

In 2011 he leaves Greci to become Managing Director and CEO of Gruppo Mastrotto, the largest Italian firm in the tanning industry. Under his leadership, the company undertakes a significant diversification effort by expanding its commitment to the automotive sector, cementing its international presence, and innovating its distribution network through the establishment of Mastrotto Express: the largest logistical hub for the sale and distribution of ready-made leather goods. Thanks to this effort, Gruppo Mastrotto experiences significant growth, and is now the European leader in the tanning industry.

In 2017 decided to join the Bkey Consulting Team as Senior Consultant.

Carlos Salicru

Carlos is born in Barcelona, Spain in 1968. He is graduated and obtains his Master in Business Administration in ESADE (Barcelona) and does his Erasmus exchange program at BOCCONI University in Milano, where he obtains the CEMS degree (Community European Management Schools).

He starts his professional marketing career in 1991 at Procter and Gamble in Rome. After that, he works for Barilla in Parma headquarters where he launches the new pasta specialty range called ‚ÄúLe Fantasie‚ÄĚ and then, the premium pasta range products ‚ÄúSelezione Oro‚ÄĚ.

He moves back to Barcelona, where he works at the PEPSICO group for the snack division (Fritolay), with growing responsibility roles in Marketing, Trade Marketing and Product Innovation. He is nominated Strategic Project Manager for the Mediterranean countries.

Carlos comes back again to Italy, Milano, in 2006, where he has been called in by the CEO of Galbani, the Italian cheese leader, with the objective to leverage his know-how at the Traditional Channel. Galbani has been acquired by Lactalis group.

Finally, he works at Coca Cola HBC Italy, where he runs initially the Strategic and Business Development Director role for Italy, moving into a Corporate role to run the innovation and the business development for different categories: water, juices, ready to drink tea and energy drinks for the entire group, covering 28 countries in Europe.

During the last 3 years and half, he decides to experience a totally different area, being Head of Marketing for South of Europe of McarthurGlen group, the leading developer, owner and manager of Designer Outlet villages in Europe. The Group partners with the world’s leading fashion and luxury brands, offering more than 80 million annual customers all-year-round discounts of 30-70% in attractive village environments.

In 2017 decided to join the Bkey Consulting Team.

Leonardo Greco

Leonardo joins our team bringing a professional approach, leadership and human skills, developed during a professional path that includes experiences both in national and multinational companies, in Italy and on global scale.

 MA graduate in Business Administration at Florence University, he starts his career joining the Sales Team of SC Johnson, working with increasing responsibility on Retailing, Trade Marketing and Business Development.

 Later on he is European Brand Manager of Castrol brand in British Petroleum and then Trade Marketing Manager in Manetti & Roberts, again in FMCG.

 He gets acquainted with the Tableware market in Bormioli Rocco as International Sales Manager, working on several areas, from Russia to UAE, strengthening his competence in International Business Development.

 After the experience as Export Director in Sisma SpA, he starts his own Consultancy Society for Italian companies willing to develop their business on international markets.

 In 2016 he decided to join Bkey Consulting working group as Senior Consultant.

Nel 1977 si laurea in Filosofia presso l’Università di Firenze, con specializzazione in economia e tesi di laurea sui Modelli interpretativi dell’Accumulazione capitalistica e della Seconda rivoluzione industriale.

Dal 1971 al 1979 lavora alla Camera di Commercio di Firenze, come addetto dell’ufficio Busarl (ufficio nel quale si depositano e si pubblicizzano gli atti delle società di capitale). In questo periodo svolge anche attività di ricerca, con enti pubblici e privati (quali SVIMEZ, CERES), in particolare sui temidello sviluppo economico, dell’occupazione e di economia aziendale che lo porta all’elaborazione di alcune pubblicazioni scientifiche.

Nel 1979 assume il ruolo di Direttore Commerciale e Marketing per IL FERRONE S.p.a. all’epoca principale azienda produttrice di cotto fiorentino. Nel 1985 diventa socio e amministratore delegato di CERAMICA D’ELITE S.p.a. (azienda all’epoca partecipata da Iris Ceramica e con stabilimento produttivo a Padova). Le deleghe riguardano sia la gestione produttiva che la direzione commerciale e marketing.

Nel 2000, con incarichi legati al marketing e allo sviluppo dei prodotti, entra in Ceramica FONDOVALLE S.p.a. di Marano sul Panaro. Queste attività lo portano ad assumere una forte competenza nella gestione di strutture industriali complesse, con una significativa capacitÔŅĹ di coordinamento delle esigenze produttive e delle innovazioni di mercato.

Per queste ragioni e perchè richiesto da diverse aziende del comprensorio ceramico, dal 2004 intraprende l’attività di consulente.

In particolare sviluppa una collaborazione con IRIDE S.r.l. e con le aziende da questa controllate per la ricerca e l'innovazione dei prodotti e delle tipologie di lavorazione del prodotto ceramico, e per il controllo di gestione della controllata americana RAINBOW Inc. (avente sede e stabilimento in Clarksville, Tennessee). Per IRIDE inoltre, è stato responsabile del progetto finanziato dalla Commissione Europea LIFE 06 ENV/IT/000254 - UME teso alla riduzione dell’impatto ambientale delle operazioni di taglio delle piastrelle ceramiche. Ancora per Iride ha avviato e seguito fino all'approvazione un progetto relativo all'innovazione tecnologica (legge 46).

Allo stesso tempo ha ampliato la sua attività negli U.S.A. divenendo per 4 anni Managing Director di Rainbow Inc., per la quale ha gestito lo sviluppo delle produzioni e dell’organizzazione commerciale e amministrativa.

Successivamente - dal gennaio 2009 - ha intrapreso una collaborazione con Modulove S.A. (Ramos Arizpe, Mx) azienda controllata da una società del comprensorio di Sassuolo e specializzata nella produzione di pezzi speciali e lavorazioni post produzione delle piastrelle ceramiche. Per Modulove S.A. gestisce tuttora lo sviluppo dei prodotti e dei processi produttivi, i rapporti con le industrie ceramiche degli Stati Uniti e la politica commerciale.

Nel 2010 ha anche curato la costituzione e l'avviamento della consociata americana di un’azienda italiana, per la produzione di grafiche e attrezzature grafiche per le industrie ceramiche.

In Italia svolge la propria attività di consulenza soprattutto su tematiche di organizzazione e gestione delle aree legate alla direzione commerciale e all’innovazione di prodotto.

Gianluca Diegoli, laureato in Bocconi con specializzazione Marketing, ha un'esperienza più che decennale come product & marketing manager, e-commerce e online manager, con una sensibilità specifica nel marketing digitale e conversazionale, nei social media, oltre a una conoscenza approfondita delle tecnologie di internet e delle piattaforme 2.0. [mini]marketing è oggi uno dei blog più influenti in Italia, ed è stato citato in diversi libri di business, marketing e comunicazione.

Nel dicembre 2008 ha pubblicato per Simplicissimus Book Farm, "91 discutibili tesi per un marketing diverso" che è stato scaricato in più di 25.000 copie, in seguito distribuito anche in forma cartacea.
E' inoltre co-autore del Manuale di Social Media Marketing per Hoepli e di tre altri libri in uscita nel 2011 su marketing digitale ed e-commerce per Sole 24 Ore e Franco Angeli. Ha scritto anche articoli per Wired, Apogeo e altri e partecipato come esperto a trasmissioni di Current Tv, Radio 24, Class-CNBC, Radio Rai.

Laureato nel 2001 con specializzazione in Linguistica Italiana, è docente di comunicazione in master e corsi dedicati in particolare ai nuovi linguaggi per il business.

Inizia la propria carriera lavorativa nel 2002 in qualità di responsabile della comunicazione per il gruppo ceramico Serenissima Cir, all'interno del quale, l'anno seguente, assume il ruolo di marketing manager, con l'incarico principale di creare una corporate identity ormai necessaria viste le recenti acquisizioni da parte del gruppo di aziende - come Cerasarda e Cercom -, secondo una precisa strategia di espansione per segmenti di riferimento.

Una delle ultime iniziative seguite per Serenissima Cir è stato il lancio del marchio e della linea di prodotto MOMO DESIGN Ceramics.

Nel 2008 è chiamato dal gruppo Iris Ceramica, leader multinazionale, con la funzione di communications manager per il brand Iris Ceramica.

Contemporaneamente si occupa della direzione marketing di Eiffelgres, divisione appartenente al gruppo.

Tra la fine del 2008 e l'inizio del 2009 ricopre il ruolo di direttore commerciale e marketing di FMG Fabbrica Marmi e Graniti, sempre di Iris Ceramica S.p.A.

Sino alla fine del 2010 è marketing director di FMG e Iris Ceramica, sviluppando, fra le altre, attività di accounting con importanti dealers e stakeholders nel mondo dell'architettura e del building, impostando una nuova strategia di retail expansion e promuovendo collaborazioni in co-marketing con brand legati all'arredo di design - come Fendi Outdoor e Visionnaire.

Assieme a un team specializzato, a partire dalla fine del 2009, si occupa del progetto e del posizionamento sui mercati di ACTIVE Clean Air & Antibacterial Ceramic™, il "super-materiale" eco-attivo inventato e lanciato dai gruppi GranitiFiandre e Iris Ceramica.

Nel 2011 entra nel network di BKey Consulting, contribuendo a integrarne il range di servizi offerti soprattutto in ambito di strategie e dinamiche comunicazionali e attività di marketing anche operativo.

Stefania Minozzi

Stefania Minozzi nasce nel 1981 e nel 2004 consegue la laurea in Scienza della Comunicazione presso l’Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio, con indirizzo specialistico in Comunicazione d’Impresa.

Subito dopo il conseguimento della laurea, inizia la sua carriera in Maserati come Customer Care Specialist, occupandosi della gestione del Servizio Clienti dedicato ai possessori delle vetture del Tridente.

Dopo tale esperienza, svolge per circa 1 anno il ruolo di consulente all’interno di una società specializzata in marketing sportivo con sede a Bologna. In quello stesso periodo consegue anche un Master in Marketing & CRM organizzato da Stogea.

Nel 2006 viene richiamata all’interno del gruppo Fiat, ricoprendo il ruolo di Responsabile Customer Care & CRM Specialist presso l’azienda Ferrari di Maranello. Presso la medesima azienda, nel 2008 diventa Responsabile Ricerche di Mercato all’interno dell’ente Marketing Intelligence fino al 2010, quando decide di entrare in BKey Consulting.

Nella sua carriera, Stefania ha gestito progetti in ambito di marketing strategico e CRM, con specializzazione nel settore automobilistico e del lusso. Negli anni ha maturato un’esperienza importante nei processi di gestione della relazione con la Clientela e di definizione delle aree di miglioramento aziendali grazie all’elaborazione dei dati provenienti dalle ricerche di mercato.
